| Mauricio Beltran, President, member of the Board of Directors |
| Beltran has been working in bilingual work environments for a number of years. In his current position, Beltran works in the Customs Department of the Secretaria de Hacienda y Credito Publico in Tijuana, Baja-California. In this position he is in charge of notifying companies and individuals regarding non-compliance with the Mexican Importer’s Registry code. This position is in the legal department of the Secretaria de Hacienda y Credito Publico, a job he has had since 2004. From 1998 to 2004 he worked in the purchasing departments of two firms in Tijuana, BC, first as an assistant purchasing manager and later as purchasing manager. In both positions Beltran was responsible for communicating with suppliers in both the USA and Mexico that required him to fluent in both English and Spanish. |

| Maria Guadalupe Flores, Director, member of the Board of Directors |
| Flores is currently employed as a has an accomplished background in translation in business and legal environments. Currently she works as the administrator for a billboard and advertising company, Publicyr, S.A. de C.V. in Tijuana, Baja-California. Flores has been in this position since 2005. She is responsible for filings before government agencies of documents related to company billboards. translations of documents; tracking cash and check receipts, maintaining ledger book and computer records plus other administrative duties. Prior to that Flores worked as the Office Manager / Administrator for Film Mexico from 2003 to 2005 as the executive assistant to the president. Her translation skills were an important part of the job requirements as she was the first point of contact for both Mexican properties, US film companies and a host of multi-lingual personnel. She prepared marketing materials as well as legal document in both languages. Prior to that Flores worked as an Administrative / Legal Assistant in the legal department at the law firm of Sergio Fillad Fahme between 2001 and 2003 and at the offices of the Arthur-Anderson, both in Tijuana, BC, from 1999 – 2001. Prior to that Flores worked as an executive assistant at three other law firms covering the time period from 1991 to 1999. Flores graduated with a Business Administration degree from Universidad Univer, Honors in October 2003. She has completed an 8 week program, English as a Second Language at the Converse International School in San Diego, California. She is recognized as a translator and interpreter by the Superior Court of Justice of Baja California since 1999. |
